如何注册和登录账号？ / How do I sign up and log in?
打开 App 后，在登录页点击“注册”，使用手机号或邮箱完成验证后即可创建账号。已有账号可直接使用手机号/邮箱和密码登录。
Open the app, tap "Sign Up" on the login page, and verify your phone number or email to create an account.
忘记密码怎么办？ / What if I forgot my password?
在登录页点击“忘记密码”，通过注册的手机号或邮箱接收验证码，验证后即可重置新密码。
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login page and reset it via the verification code sent to your registered phone or email.
如何绑定/解绑设备？ / How do I bind or unbind a device?
进入“我的 → 设备管理”，点击“添加设备”并按提示扫码绑定；如需解绑，在设备详情页点击“解除绑定”并确认即可。
Go to "Me → Device Management" to add a device by scanning its QR code, or unbind it from the device detail page.
如何注销账号或删除数据？ / How do I delete my account or data?
进入“我的 → 设置 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号”，按提示确认后即可注销账号并删除相关数据。也可以发送邮件到上方客服邮箱，我们协助您处理。
Go to "Me → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account", or email us and we will assist you.
App 无法正常使用怎么办？ / The app doesn't work properly, what should I do?
请先更新到最新版本并重启 App；如问题持续，请发送邮件至客服邮箱，附上问题截图和您使用的设备型号、系统版本，我们会尽快排查。
Please update to the latest version and restart the app. If the issue persists, email us with screenshots, your device model, and OS version.
